TURN THE BACKS TO THE TEACHER

Hello John and colleagues I have noticed that there are in the NCP's emphasis to be given special attention to issues of respect for local culture and that all teachers are interacting disciplines. What I see as the challenge for teachers is to get students' attention. Teachers can not be heard if you want, because the noise in the classroom. Many students pull the chair, and turn their backs to the teacher and get chatting. I do not see this as a cultural issue, but of respect for the teacher and classmates. Of course, the cultural difference of the generation of 50 years is abysmal compared to the generation of the second decade of this century. But liberalism and lack of limits to young people is now more a problem of education, but a problem of public safety.
